Documents required for the application of company registration

 When applying to set up a limited liability company, the following documents need to be submitted to the AIC:

1. Application to register the establishment of the company signed by the chairperson of the board of directors

2. Certification of the designated representative or agent jointly appointed by all the shareholders

3. The company's article of association

4. A capital verification certificate issued by a legally qualified capital verification authority

5. Certification of the legal person status or natural person identity of the shareholder;

6. A document specifying the names and address of the company directors, supervisors and managers

7. Documentation of the company's legal representative and identification certificate;

8. A notice for advance examination and approval of the enterprise name;

9. Certification of the company's address

 The AIC is required to issue a notice of acceptance of company registration after receiving all the documents, within 30 days of issuing this notice; AIC is required to make a decision regarding the approval of registration. If the application is approved, the applicant will be notified and issued with a business license, the date of the corporate license is regarded as the date that the company is established.
